$15.00

What I have here is a Law course Study book written for the Political Science students in the State of Ohio. It teaches all parts of the Constitution of the United States as well as the Constitution of the State of Ohio. A copy of both constitutions are in the book (US, and Ohio). This is an 1854 edition that I have carefully photo copied each page and placed it on CD. This Book was written by Andrew Young who wrote "The Science of Government" (Which I will also have available in the near future. This Book covers every issue such as Religion, Second Amendment (gun control), the Militia. It covers all aspects of the citizens rights and explains the Law of Nations, Township to Federal powers. This book is a complete study into constitutionalism. Some of the chapters are as follows: 1. Civil Government: Mankind fitted by nature for civil Government and laws. 2. Rights and liberty, and Laws, defined. 3. Different forms of Government:–Monarchy, Aristocracy, Democracy, Republic. (Notice the Republic listed as a separate form than Democracy, and he explains the two) 4. Governments of Russia, Turkey, Spain, Denmark. 5. Government of Great Britain. Etc. Some other Chapters are : " A just government founded upon the consent of the people". "Rights of Persons__ Freedom of Speech and of the Press, Habeas Corpus, Liberty of Conscience." Wills, rights of Property, deeds. The lessons are so complete that it would be a full coarse on the constitution of America. If you are a true student of the constitution then you will want to know how the early Americans looked upon it. What they thought and taught on the subject.. This book is a very detailed coarse on the law and all the branches of the government is covered also.
