1868 Reconstruction Constitution of SC

What I have here is a page for page photo of the Reconstruction Constitution of South Carolina. I went to the Archives of SC and got a certified copy from their records. I have certified it to be a true and correct copy. This is the constitution that the Generals that were assigned to stand over the Southern States with their military might replaced the previous constitution of SC with this one and forcing the citizens to forever be "paramount allegiance" to the United States government instead of their State allegiance. This constitution was not and never can be truthfully stated that "We the people of SC ever had anything to do with it. It was done by the Northern generals and the federal government that removed out of office all of the southern office holders and replaced them with their own choice of persons . You will also see on my auction the famous 1895 Constitution that SC went into convention after the swords were gone and the heavy breathing of military might from around their necks and over rode this constitution which claims it can not be over rode. However it appears that SC is operating from the 1895 convention but many things still seem to be in effect from this 1868 sword forced constitution.
