1815 Constitution Overthrows 1789 Constitution ???

You will not believe what you read in this Constitution even when you have read it over a 100 times. An Amendment added to the US Constitution that will scare you good. DID THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA TAKE OVER? IS THIS WHEN THE DEFACTO GOVERNMENT OVERTURNED THE GOVERNMENT DEJURE? IS THIS A HIDDEN CONSTITUTION WE ARE NOT TO KNOW ABOUT? S THIS WHAT LEAD UP TO THE WAR OF THE STATES IN 1860? DID WE LOSE AMERICA THIS EARLY? I was told by a friend that I could lose my life if I made public this book. Well, I am not believing that my friend is right, I am more of the belief that the Government behind this Constitution would just deny everything. I did take his advise on hiding the book once I had copied it. We will see. I only know of two books that exist, (and I am not sure of the other one) that shows this copy of the United States Constitution in it. This is an original 1815 book that I carefully photo copied and put on CD. What I have here is a copy of an original 1815 book that contains the Columbian Union’s Constitution. As you will take notice of the pictures I provided below, you will see that this Constitution claims to be an Amendment to the United State’s Constitution. The best I can make of it, it seems to be the Constitution of the District of Columbia. What this constitution states can raise the hairs and chill the hearts of the readers. In effect, it overthrows the original Constitution and only allows what is "not repugnant to this constitution" Columbian Constitution) to be still in effect (otherwise null and void). Many of the goals this Constitution set out to do, it has done (and More). Its goals were to Govern Canada all the way down to the equator. We know that the present day District of Columbia has a world wide jurisdiction in many respects that is contrary to our original Constitution which may I remind you of a clause from our Preamble "For the United States" which states plainly that the benefits contained in the US Constitution was meant "FOR THE UNITED STATES" not the other states, countries etc.) but we have every country in the world benefiting from "our" Constitution that was "FOR THE UNITED STATES" only. This 1815 US Constitution sets forth a special class of Citizens to be tax exempt, it purviews all of the Titles and offices mentioned in the Constitution to be changed to mean what the Columbian Union will re-term them, such as "Federal Government" will be changed to "The Columbian Government"; Senators of Congress, to "The Mediation"; "The House of Representatives" to" The Grand Council", "Governors" to "Special President" Etc and etc. All being secretly done among themselves in a way that the "not so special class" will never know that their terminology has another meaning when used before these people. It even redefines States in to Districts thus reducing their (The states) sovereign Status to these mere districts, and no longer States.. It also gave the plan for what we now see is our Federal reserve notes.( Isn’t that something from way back in 1815? )While all the denominations planed for were never used such as the three dollar bill, the 30 dollar bill, the 200 dollar bill, 300 dollar bill and a few more bills that were either decided against later and amended out in a later convention Or what ever). We still must be in amazement that our Federal reserve notes of today follows this system very close. I have photo copied each page of this book for you and I publicly state now for the record that I did not change anything in this book to appear different or to hoax or defraud anyone. God is my witness (and my Redeemer through Jesus Christ) that you will receive a true and correct copy of every page (not including blank pages) that this 1815 book contains. It is not in text file but in image file so you will see the pages as they are and in the brown color the pages presents as it is. You will need a certain level of a color card to read this as I described, but I have tested it on a small computer having very little color and it is still readable just want show the true color. The Author of this book gives his opinion for the new Constitution and it’s effects being better than the old. He also claims that the original Constitution was against God in many respects. He uses a Christian view to state his opinion claiming that the devil deceived The framers thus wanting Christian support, so it sounds. Also claiming Capitalist interests was the main flow of reason for the severing from England. Facts that Gustavus Myers brought out in detail in many of his books. Mainly "The History of the Great American Fortune", and "History of the Supreme Court" While this may very well be the case, it would sound like a conspirators play on words. Mandraking the public like many wordsmiths and experts of phraseology do when narrating a cause. I mean you can even picture his hands flowing in a verbal dance while he makes his points. The slavery issue is also covered in this constitution. I also took some photos of an 1854 copy of the United States Constitution that showed the 13th Amendment that ratified in 1811 by the States that were then in the Union. Much has been debated on rather this Amendment should still be revived for enforcement, and many debate this because of the delay of this Amendment getting to the Clerk in a proper time that caused it’s own nullification. The war of 1812 intervened and it was not until Monroe brought it back up again in 1818, but by that time there were 3 more states added and some use those States as counting, and thus would not get the 3/4 vote. I would be of the old school that if it passed in 1811 then it was a passed Amendment regardless and the new States would just be entering into it as they did the other Amendments that were passed before they entered, But what the hey! I have a copy of it for you also, and I have other books pre civil war times that also show this Amendment as part of the US Constitution. Something made these publishers believe even as late as 1856 that this Amendment was a part of the Constitution. Now I know of no one that can expound on the Columbian Constitution I have here. My research on this is like my fishing, The pole and line is out there, but nothing coming in. And like fishing, we must move around to get that fish, so with this auction I will be putting this in the hands of some of you and hope that some awful big bites and big supportive documents with information can come in through the buyers.
