The Adoption Of The 14th Amendment by Horace Flack

This Book has been used as a base book for most 14th Amendment writers. It is a very rare book mainly because it belongs inside of a set of Political Science vol.’s done by the John Hopkins University so it is very rare for some one to break up such a set. The work done in this book is very proficient and unimpeachable in all respects. Similar to the work of Edward Gibbons in the Decline and Fall of the Roman Empire where scholars quote Gibbons when writing their own books many scholars do the same with Horace Flack. I believe you will be shocked as to the true meaning of the 14th Amendment. Just like Collin’s Work on the same amendment. We must wonder how the supreme Court comes up with its rulings when making use of this Amendment. This book was first printed in 1908 and has become next to impossible to find. There is a reprint that claims to be coming but I have not seen anything yet, however, The reprint is solicited for $125.00 So you know the value of the contents. Further more I still read reprints with a suspicion that something could have been left out either by mistake or on purpose like the Carroll Quigley Book "Tragedy and Hope" where the new company left out the first Chapter in it’s Second Edition on purpose. That is why I believe in these CD’s that I am putting out. They can be used to display on the wall by using the right equipment and be shown on large screens or just printed out.
