There is a full copy of the Confederate Constitution annotated by the author in this book. How many times have you read a good book that gave footnotes quoting a previous writer and giving book title and page number? If you read like I do that bothers me because most of the books are either so hard to find or too pricey once you do find the book. This solves that problem. Now when this book is quoted you can pull up the page number and read for yourself that the writer did indeed say such and such or rather the author said it the way the footnoter said so. Here is a very rare and hard to find book I have made into CD. This CD contains the book mentioned above. The Author of this book had to go to England to first publish this book because of the Military Rule the union had in the South after the War of the States. The first edition was in 1865 or so, I have the 1878 edition. It is the facts that this author brings out that proves that the South was right in its cause. In fact, this is the book that stopped Jefferson Davis and all the chiefs of the Confederate States from being tried for treason. Even Andrew Johnson the President of the Union Army stated that there could never be a conviction because of these facts brought out. This is the book that all true Confederates should read to let them know that their cause was right, and all Union people should read to get their morals and political thoughts back to the real constitution instead of the new Unions sword toting government that forced its “freedoms of choice etc” by the power of military might. That is right, by the time you finish this book on CD you will have no other conclusion and it will leave you wondering just what did happen in those days. One thing for sure, you will know that the wrong side of justice prevailed and the righteous is held captive to this day against true constitutional government. Read for yourself, don’t trust my report on the book. This is for all freedom lovers to get it down once and for all the true meaning of “The Republic” that we established in 1789. You will see for your self that we were Confederated then, and we were Confederated until the overthrow by Union conspirators beginning with Daniel Webster in 1830-33, And ending with swords and gun shots down to Lee’s surrender in 1864. Now we have a Union with mere names of counties that are still allowed to call themselves “States” even though they have no State Powers, just grants from the Union and what ever the Union courts Creeds for the “Nation” .
